Day trading and scalping

AI day trading chart analysis: one chart, three setups.

Bullynx reads a screenshot of your intraday chart and writes back the trend, the levels as prices, a bullish and a bearish scenario, and the same setup in three sizes, scalp, intraday and swing, each with its own entry zone, stop and targets. It reads one picture of one moment: no live feed, no alerts, no orders.

What the AI day trading chart analyzer returns

Every chart gets the same four parts in the same order, whether it is a 1-minute chart of the open or a daily chart. On a day trading chart, what matters most is the distance between the entry and the stop, and that is the part the read gives three ways. The category overview, with the same read on any market, is on AI chart analysis for trading.

The trend, on the timeframe you captured
A 1-minute chart and a 15-minute chart of the same session answer different questions. The read describes the swing structure in the image, higher highs and higher lows, lower ones, or a range, and names the ticker and timeframe when they are in the legend.
Levels as prices on your axis
Up to eight support, resistance and pivot levels, each marked strong, moderate or weak: the opening range, the prior day high, a level price has turned at twice this morning. A level quoted from a compressed axis is an estimate, so check it on your chart.
Two weighted scenarios
A bullish and a bearish case, each with the structure that would carry it and its own invalidation. Each carries a percentage; the two add up to 100 and neither goes above 90.
A setup with its invalidation
A long or short bias with a conviction score, an entry zone, a stop at the invalidation, one or two targets with the reason for each, and the risk to reward to the first target. Then the same setup again, in three sizes.

Scalp, intraday and swing: the same setup in three sizes

Every read ends with a card called Trade Scenarios by Style, with three tabs. All three sit on the same side as the main read: a long read gives three long versions, never a long scalp and a short swing. What changes is the distance to the stop and to the targets, and the structure each one is tied to. Each tab gives an entry zone, a stop, one or two targets, the event that would confirm it and the event that would cancel it.

Scalp
The tightest stop and the nearest target, built on the smallest structure in the image: the last swing, the edge of the current micro range. The version for a 1-minute or tick chart and a trade measured in minutes.
Intraday
A medium stop and target, on the levels that frame the session: the opening range, the prior day high or low, the morning pivot. The version for a trade that is flat by the close. The card opens on this one unless your profile says otherwise.
Swing
The widest stop and the furthest target, on the structure that matters over several days. Useful on a day trading chart too: it shows where the bigger picture breaks, which is often the level your intraday stop should not sit just beside.

Each tab carries the same line, word for word: “Educational scenario. Not a recommendation to enter any position.” The prompt forbids position size and leverage in all three, so the size is yours to work out from the stop distance, with the position size calculator.

The note you add with the upload, up to 200 characters, tunes the main setup too. The read is told to use it for the timeframe it emphasises and the distance of the main stop and targets: “scalping the 1-minute, New York open” asks for them closer, “holding two to five days” further out. The note changes distance and emphasis only. It never changes what the chart shows or which side the read takes.

Scalping AI: what a screenshot read can and cannot do

Many searches for scalping and AI are looking for a bot or a live signal feed. A screenshot read is neither, and the difference matters most on the fastest timeframes.

Over 64 production reads in the 60 days to October 11, 2026, the median time from upload to a finished read was 14.7 seconds; three in four were done within 18.3 seconds, and one in ten took longer than 29. On a 1-minute chart, that is a quarter of a candle or more before you see the levels, so check them against the live price. Six more limits, stated plainly:

  • It reads a picture, not a feed. The read describes the chart as it was when you took the screenshot, and nothing after it
  • It does not refresh. A new candle means a new screenshot and a new read, and each read counts as one analysis
  • It sends no alerts and does not watch the chart after the read
  • It places no orders and connects to no broker, platform or prop firm account
  • It does not see the order book, the tape or time and sales, which is what many scalpers actually trade from
  • It does not know your spread or commission, which on a few-tick target can be most of the reward

Where it helps a scalper is before the session and between trades: marking the levels on the higher timeframe, writing down where the idea is wrong before the first click, and getting a second reading of a chart you have stared at for an hour. How scalpers work, and what the costs do to a few-tick edge, is in scalping strategy explained.

Which chart to screenshot for day trading

Two captures, read from the top down, beat one. Each capture is its own read and counts as one analysis.

The frame: 15-minute or 1-hour
A chart covering the last few sessions, so the prior day high and low and the overnight range are in the image. This is where the levels come from.
The trigger: 5-minute or 1-minute
Today only, with the opening range visible. This is where the scalp and intraday setups are tightest. A 1-minute chart carries more noise than information on most instruments.
Keep the legend and the axis
The ticker, the timeframe and the full price axis in the crop, and the indicators you use drawn with their labels. The read describes indicators that are on the chart and labelled; a VWAP you did not plot is not in the picture.

Which intervals suit which intraday style is in the best timeframe for day trading, and which indicators are worth keeping on the chart, with their settings, in the best indicators for day trading.

Chart analysis for intraday trading, market by market

The read is the same on every market. What changes is the session, the unit of the stop and what moves the price:

What it cannot see on an intraday chart

Six limits, stated plainly. An intraday chart is a summary of trades that already happened; most of what moves the next five minutes is not in it.

  • See the bars after your capture, or anything that scrolled off the left edge
  • Read Level 2, the depth of market, footprint charts or the tape unless they are in the image, and even then not live
  • Know the news or economic data due in the next few minutes, or a trading halt
  • Know your spread, commission, buying power or the pattern day trader rule on your account
  • Recompute an indicator to the decimal from the picture: it describes what is drawn
  • Tell you whether to enter. You get a bias, the setups and their invalidation, not a signal

What AI day trading chart analysis costs

Bullynx sells three things, and there is no free plan. One analysis is $9.99, a one-time payment for the full read of one chart, without Lynx chat. Monthly is $39 a month for 50 chart analyses a month and Lynx chat, cancel anytime. Lifetime is $149 once for the same limits for life, 50 chart analyses every month and Lynx chat, with no subscription.

For a day trader the count matters: Monthly covers 50 reads a month, so a read on every new 1-minute candle would use it up in a session. Use the reads for the levels before the open and for the setups you are seriously considering.

Monthly comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first non-zero subscription charge. One analysis and Lifetime are one-time purchases and are final. What each plan includes is on Bullynx pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI analyze day trading charts?
Yes, from a screenshot. Capture the 1, 5 or 15-minute chart with the ticker, the timeframe and the price axis visible, upload it, and the read returns the trend on that timeframe, the key levels as prices, a bullish and a bearish scenario, and the setup in three sizes: scalp, intraday and swing, each with its own entry zone, stop and targets.
Is there a scalping AI tool that reads a chart image?
Bullynx reads an uploaded chart image and includes a scalp version of the setup in every read: the tightest stop and the nearest target the visible structure supports. It is a read of one screenshot, not a live scalping tool: it does not stream prices, refresh, send alerts or place orders.
Does it work in real time?
No. It reads a picture of one moment. The median time from upload to a finished read was 14.7 seconds over 64 production reads in the 60 days to October 11, 2026, and one in ten took longer than 29 seconds. On a 1-minute chart, check the levels against the live price before you use them.
Can I tell it I am a scalper or a swing trader?
Yes. Add a short note with the upload, such as "scalping the New York open on the 1-minute". The note tunes the timeframe the read emphasises and the distance of the main stop and targets; it never changes what the chart shows or which side the read takes. The scalp, intraday and swing versions are in every read either way.
Is Bullynx a free AI day trading tool?
No. Bullynx has no free plan and no free trial: you upload the chart, pay, and the read runs on it.
Is it a scalping bot?
No. Bullynx never connects to a broker, a platform or a prop firm account, never sees your positions and never places a trade. It writes a read of the chart you upload; the decision and the order stay with you.
