Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage entries and session tokens. We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Service work securely, remember your preferences, and — with your consent — understand how you use the Service so we can improve it.
Cookies are either session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies in the following categories:
Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the Service to function. They enable authentication, maintain your session, store your cookie preferences, and support payment fraud prevention. You cannot opt out of essential cookies — without them, the Service cannot operate.
Analytics cookies
These cookies collect information about how you use the Service, such as which pages you visit and how long you spend on features. We use this data to improve the product. Analytics cookies are only set after you grant consent via the cookie banner.
Functional cookies
These cookies enable enhanced functionality. We use Sentry for error monitoring, which may set session-scoped identifiers to associate an error report with the browser session in which it occurred. No personal data is transmitted.
3. Cookie Table
| Cookie name | Provider | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| __clerk_db_jwt | Clerk | Essential | Maintains authentication session | Session |
| __client_uat | Clerk | Essential | Clerk session management | 1 year |

4. Managing Your Preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the “Preferences” link in the cookie banner at the bottom of any page, or by visiting the cookie settings link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent to analytics cookies will stop PostHog from collecting new data; it will not delete data already collected.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent the Service from functioning correctly — you will not be able to sign in or maintain a session.
Browser-level cookie controls vary by browser. For instructions, visit the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. You can also use browser extensions such as Privacy Badger or uBlock Origin to manage third-party cookies.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Some of our subprocessors (Clerk, Stripe, PostHog, Sentry) may set their own cookies when you interact with their services embedded in our platform. These third-party cookies are subject to each provider’s own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control these third-party cookies and recommend reviewing the relevant provider policies for details.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of material changes via the cookie banner or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
