1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bullynx (“the Service”), operated by Antoine Duno, an individual trading as Bullynx (sole proprietorship) (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Antoine Duno (Bullynx).

2. Service Description

Bullynx is an educational AI-powered research platform for retail investors and active traders. The Service provides chart analysis, market research tools, and an AI assistant for educational purposes only. Bullynx is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not execute trades, hold assets, or manage portfolios.

3. No Financial Advice: Important Disclaimer

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance. All AI-generated content, analyses, and outputs are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. You are solely and exclusively responsible for all investment and trading decisions you make. Past performance shown or discussed on this platform is not indicative of future results. Antoine Duno (Bullynx) owes no fiduciary duty to any user.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older. The Service is not available to residents of Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, or any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We may block access from these jurisdictions automatically.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@bullynx.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions and Billing

Bullynx sells three products to new customers. Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax as required by applicable law). The price shown before checkout is the price charged, plus those taxes: we do not offer discounts, promotional codes, regional pricing or introductory prices on these products. We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store your full card number. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the purchase and any applicable taxes. Bullynx does not offer a free trial or a free tier.

• One analysis ($9.99, one-time payment). Covers one chart analysis: it runs on the next chart you send from your account after the payment is confirmed, and its complete read stays available in your account. It does not include Lynx chat, further analyses or a subscription, and it does not renew.
• Monthly ($39 per month). A subscription to the Pro plan, billed in advance and renewing automatically every month at the price disclosed at checkout until canceled. It includes 50 chart analyses per month and Lynx chat within the plan’s monthly usage limits. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the month already paid for.
• Lifetime ($149, one-time payment). Access to the Pro plan with no subscription and no renewal, subject to the same fair-use limits as Monthly: 50 chart analyses per calendar month and Lynx chat within the plan’s monthly usage limits, as those limits apply to Pro subscribers from time to time. It includes later updates to the Pro plan. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Bullynx service, not of the purchaser: access lasts for as long as we operate the Service and ends if the Service is discontinued or if the account is closed or terminated under these Terms. Lifetime access is personal to the account that bought it and cannot be transferred or resold.

Starter, Elite and annual subscriptions are no longer sold. Subscriptions bought before October 21, 2026 continue under the plan, price and terms disclosed at their checkout until canceled.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first non-zero subscription charge. Contact legal@bullynx.com within 14 days of that charge. After the money-back period, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. One-time purchases (One analysis and Lifetime) are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Billing. Canceling stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund a charge, except under this guarantee or where required by law.

7. Referral and Affiliate Program

Every account receives a referral code. A person who uses your code or link before their first payment is attributed to you for 30 days from their first click, and only until that first payment is made; the first code a person uses wins, and a later code does not replace it. Nothing is earned at sign-up. A referred person pays the normal price: there is no referral discount.

Referral rewards (credits). Rewards earned by ordinary users are account credits applied to your Bullynx invoices. They are not cash, have no cash value, are not redeemable, refundable or transferable, and expire if your account is closed. Rewards are capped at twelve per referrer per rolling twelve-month period.

Affiliate commissions (cash). Where you have completed Stripe Connect onboarding, you earn 40% of the net amount, after discounts and excluding sales tax or VAT, of every payment a referred customer makes for as long as they pay: each paid subscription invoice, renewals included, and each one-time purchase. Each commission is held for 30 days. Held commissions become payable after that period and are transferred to your connected account by Stripe once a month, or when you request a withdrawal, provided your payable balance is at least US$25; a smaller balance carries over. Commissions are computed in US dollars and transferred in the currency of our Stripe balance; Stripe converts them to your local currency. Cash payouts are available only to connected accounts in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Canada and Switzerland. Stripe performs identity verification and, where applicable, files tax forms; we do not receive or store your bank details.

Reversal. A refund, chargeback or payment dispute reverses the reward or commission that payment earned (in proportion, for a partial refund), including after it has been paid.

Partner account. An affiliate who has completed Stripe Connect onboarding receives the features of the Monthly plan at no charge for 30 days, and afterwards for as long as their referral link records at least 20 unique visits over the previous 30 days. This access pauses and resumes automatically, has no cash value, and may be withdrawn on suspension.

Abuse. Referring yourself (including through an additional account, household member, shared device, or disposable email address), bidding on Bullynx brand terms in paid search, impersonating Bullynx, spamming, or misrepresenting the Service are grounds for reversal of all affected rewards and commissions and for suspension or termination of participation.

Independent contractor status and disclosure. Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents or partners of Bullynx. You are solely responsible for all taxes and filings arising from commissions you receive. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose the paid relationship wherever you share your link or code, as required by the United States Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides, the French ARPP rules on commercial influence, and equivalent rules in your jurisdiction. You must not describe Bullynx as providing financial, investment or trading advice, guarantee results, or present the Service as a source of returns.

We may change, suspend or end the referral and affiliate program, or any of its rates, at any time. Changes apply prospectively; commissions already earned at the time of the change are honoured.

8. Access Before Subscription

Bullynx does not offer a free product tier. Once you create an account you can add a chart, which stays in your browser: it is not uploaded or analysed until Stripe confirms a payment that covers it, namely a One analysis purchase, an active Monthly subscription (or an active subscription to a legacy paid plan), or a Lifetime purchase. The analysis runs only after that confirmation. Account creation alone does not grant access to product features.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• scrape, harvest, or resell data obtained from the Service;
• impersonate any person or entity;
• circumvent rate limits or usage caps through technical means;
• use the Service for market manipulation, insider trading, or any other securities law violation;
• resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

10. AI Output Limitations

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. AI models can “hallucinate”, producing plausible-sounding but incorrect information. Always independently verify any data, analysis, or market information before making any decision. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Antoine Duno (Bullynx) and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription term.

12. User Content

By submitting content to the Service (including chart images and conversation text), you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for how content is stored and deleted.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antoine Duno (Bullynx) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Antoine Duno (Bullynx) and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. When you cancel a subscription, paid plan access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. Closing your account ends any Lifetime access and any unlocked One analysis attached to it.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of France. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, including your right to use the consumer mediation and the European Online Dispute Resolution platform available to you.
