A few things save a round trip. For a billing or account question, send the email address you signed up with and the approximate date of the charge. For anything that looks like a bug, tell us what you uploaded, what you expected, and what you actually saw, plus the browser you were using; a screenshot of the result usually answers the question faster than a description of it.
What we cannot do is comment on a specific position or tell you what to do with one. Bullynx is an educational research tool, not an adviser. We also never connect to a brokerage account, so nobody from Bullynx will ever ask you for broker credentials or a password by email. If a message claims otherwise, it is not from us.
Response times are the ones set out above: two business days for support, and up to thirty days for a formal privacy request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
